招聘岗位：订单管理实习生
工作地点：南京-云龙山路88号，烽火科技大厦A栋11楼
职位描述：
（1）负责及时将公司的出口物流数据录入公司内部系统（工作语言为英文） Input sales and sourcing data into internal systems (English as working language) , 保证数据录入的准确性 Ensure data accuracy and productivity level；
（2）负责客户订单核对，及时准确录入公司ERP系统；
（3）创建主数据（供应商主数据、货号等），实时更新系统订单出货信息；
（4）协调供应商评估审核；
（5）开立借方票据、贷方票据（DN/CN）。
任职要求：
（1）基本英文读写能力 Basic knowledge of written English；
（2）熟练操作电脑办公软件操作，如Word及Excel Good computer skill on Word and Excel；
（3）良好团队合作精神及责任感 A responsible and good team player；
（4）工作细心、好学 Detail oriented and willing to learn things；
（)贸易专业毕业优先，大专或以上学历，有工作经验尤佳 College diploma or above; experienced candidates are welcomed。
