接待来电来访，收发快递，按要求转接电话或记录信息、确保及时准确。
Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone; send and receive mail couriers; forward phone calls, answer or refer inquiries.
Follow internal procedures for receiving, registering and directing guests, notify other staff when appropriate, and keep out unwelcomed visitors such as those without proper identification, salespeople and unreasonable intruders.
根据公司规章制度维护办公室安全，管理到访客人登记表。
Maintain security by following procedures and maintaining a logbook of guests.
与北京国际财源中心物业管理部门协调联络以保障办公室各项设施的良好运转；
Work with the Beijing International Finance Center (IFC) building property management office to ensure that the office amenities are functioning properly.
协助办公设备的管理，确保合理使用，保障运转正常，节能降耗。
Provide support operating office equipment, following manufacturer's instructions and ensuring the smooth operation of the equipment while minimizing waste.
定期进行库存盘点办公用品和办公室图书，并根据需要补给。
Check and manage the office supply and library inventory regularly and replenish supplies as needed.
活动支持： Program and event support：
活动开始前在IFC大堂接待演讲嘉宾和参会人员，为他们提供刷卡服务，确保他们无障碍出入中心。
Greet and provide building access to speakers and guests in the IFC lobby before events, ensuring they enter the center without interruptions.
根据内部流程, 协助活动和项目前期策划、筹备和现场执行工作。
Assist with pre-event planning, preparations and on-site implementation according to internal procedures.
Provide support in translating and developing bilingual (Chinese and English) content for Yale Center Beijing’s internal and external communications, which include Yale Center Beijing ’s Newsletter, Weibo, WeChat (including Yale School of Management), Website, Brochure, Fact Sheet, Invitation Letters, and other required promotion materials.
协助管理和扩充耶鲁北京中心的联系人数据库、多媒体资源（图片、视频等）及其他重要的记录和文件。
Assist with managing and expanding Yale Center Beijing’s contact database, media assets (pictures, videos etc.), and important records and documents in a way that is consistent with its communications plan.
任职要求 | Job Requirements
大学本科学历，良好的英文听说写能力（英语专业优先考虑）。
Bachelor Degree, proficiency in English (spoken, listening, and written), English major is preferred.
具备良好的电话和沟通技巧和语言表达及书写能力。
Good phone and in-person verbal and written communications skills.
Strong computer skills and literacy, significant experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and video editing software. Skilled in operating of social media platforms (WeChat, Weibo, Website etc.).
对各类项目或任务进行评估并设立优先级以满足客户或员工的不同需求。
Ability to assess and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and demands.
具有客户服务意识及良好的组织、协调能力，能够承受工作压力并为他人提供支持。
