QA体系工程师 1名 岗位要求:
1.Champion Mars Quality Management System and Mars Q&FS standards implementation in factory, ensure quality KPI achievement.
2.Food safety risk assessment and management, coordinate HACCP teams to set up, implement, and continuous improve HACCP plan.
3.Organize internal audit and management review to ensure quality system effectively implementation, organize and coordinate external audit to ensure compliance.
4.Initiate period GMP audit, internal audit, management review. Evaluate system effectiveness and identify opportunity, follow up system deviation and CAPA.
5.Gap assessment for MARS Quality & Food safety standards and China food regulatory and follow up with actions.
6.Connect with local authority and regulatory team for related regulatory affairs, including authority site visit/ audit/ product sampling and testing.
7.Establish quality training program for different level throughout factory, schedule quality training plan, and provide quality training.
8.Good understanding quality system--ISO 9000/ FSSC22000, and quality program HACCP/GMP/Hygienic design.
9.Familiar with legal food safety requirement, Food process technology, Lab management; good skill on setting up quality control standard and procedures. 薪资福利:12000-15000元/月 岗位要求:
1.Process Nonconformance or deviation management: NC report/PRIMP, root cause analysis and risk assessment, CAPA confirm and effectiveness verification.
2.Quality system compliance: assist process manager to ensure quality system well maintenance on site, coordinate HACCP program and PRP verification, risk assessment for changes and new projects.
3.Assist process manager to optimize quality control standard in process; develop, implement and review on quality procedures, standard and process control plan
4.Quality related KPI data collection, trend analysis and periodic report, support process manager to assure the attainment of QA department goals and objectives.
5.Quality capability building on the front line: organize and coordinate process quality, GMP, NC investigation training for front line.
6.Good understanding quality system--ISO 9000/ FSSC22000, and quality program HACCP/GMP/Hygienic design.
7.Familiar with legal food safety requirement, Food process technology, Lab management; good skill on setting up quality control standard and procedures.
