公司简介：Taiwan Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (TSC), founded in January 1979 at Tu Chen,Taipei Hsien, Taiwan. The corporation specializes in manufacturing rectifiers, analog ICs and MOSFETs, an essential component operating within home electrical appliances, communication & information products, equipment instruments, automobiles. Since its establishment, TSC has gained a worldwide reputation for its excellence in products quality.
    In January 1988, TSC constructed a new plant in I-Lan, Taiwan, facility capable of meeting the demands of a growing global market. Continuing its commitment to expansion, in 1995 and 1996, the firm established two plants in China, Yangxin and Tianjin. Situated on a total area of 1,245,000 square feet, these factories have achieved a rectifier production capacity of 1.7 billion units per year, making TSC one of the major rectifier manufacturers in the global market.
    In the future, TSC will faithfully cater to growing global market needs through ongoing Research and Development and products diversification.
