The design service includes design layout and test of digital analog microwave integrated circuits, device modeling and characterization, foundry and paper study, research and development, etc. The communication IC's include wireless, wireline and fiber-optic transceivers (transmitters and receivers).

    Top-Vu (pronounced Top View) Technology Incorporated was founded in 1989 and was initially focused on developing gallium arsenide based microsensor systems.  Top-Vu has been awarded over $2.5 million in government grants and contracts from the U. S. Department of Defense, National Aeronautics and Space Administration, and the National Science Foundation. The Company is an independent design center for several semiconductor foundries. In addition, collaborative efforts has been on going with several academic centers of excellence including the University of Minnesota, Portland State University, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, etc.
    The company was founded by Tho Vu, an engineer with over 20 years of experience in integrated circuits and microsystems. Top-Vu personnel includes engineers, scientists and technicians with extensive experience in integrated circuits, microsystems, and computer science.
