    Our memory ICs behave like fast SRAM’s, with blazing access speeds to keep up with today’s top microprocessors and microcontrollers. Then, on any sudden power change or power outage, data is locked in, retaining the current SRAM state data in non-volatile memory until power is again stable and SRAM operation can resume.
